Tee Off for a Cause at the 2025 Par Fore The Clot Charity Golf Tournament
Greenville, SC – [September 22, 2025] – The Bleeding Disorders Association of South Carolina (BDASC) is proud to announce the return of its premier fundraising event, the Par Fore The Clot Charity Golf Tournament, on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Preserve at Verdae Golf Club in Greenville, South Carolina.
Now in its 11th year, this exciting annual tournament unites community leaders, advocates, and golf enthusiasts for a day of friendly competition, fun, and philanthropy—all in support of South Carolinians living with bleeding disorders such as hemophilia and von Willebrand disease.
Proceeds from the event directly support BDASC’s mission to improve the quality of life for individuals and families through advocacy, research awareness, access to care, and education about promising therapies such as gene therapy. These funds also sustain programs that raise public awareness of bleeding disorders and ensure that the voices of patients and caregivers are heard at the state and national level.
“Par Fore The Clot is more than a tournament—it’s a platform for advocacy and progress,” says Samantha Javorka, Engagement & Development Manager of BDASC. “Your support helps us drive awareness, advance research opportunities, and empower our community to navigate life-changing treatments like gene therapy. Beyond financial assistance and scholarships, this event strengthens our ability to stand up for access to care and policies that protect those living with bleeding disorders.”
The day will include:
- 18 holes of championship golf
- Delicious breakfast and lunch offerings
- Exciting raffle prizes and giveaways
- On-course contests and team awards
- A post-tournament awards ceremony
